Returns Policy

Returns
All our products are made to order therefore we're unable to accept returns and/or offer refunds unless one of the following scenarios is applicable:
  • Incorrect item has been sent i.e. wrong team, wrong player etc.
  • Item arrives damaged and/or not fit for purpose.
If one of the above does not apply then we can offer an exchange. Please see exchanges section below for more information.
Returnable items may be returned to FutDandy by post within 28 days of the invoice date. Anything over 28 days will be refused. The goods must be returned new, unworn/unused, unwashed and in their original condition, including label(s) and original packaging, and with the invoice. The costs of return postage and responsibility of the parcel arriving shall be borne by the customer. We recommend sending with Royal Mail signed for and/or tracked service.
Refunds for returned goods shall be issued to the respective customer’s FutDandy account. Exception: Orders which were prepaid by credit card shall be refunded to the credit card. Refunds will be completed within 14 days of receiving the returned item/s.

FutDandy reserves the right to refuse returns in cases where the order process is abused (e.g. ordering different sizes of one article for trying on).
Exchanges
If exchanging, please contact us via email - contact@futdandy.com before returning the item (prior to 28 days of the invoice date) to allow FutDandy time to arrange a replacement item. We will offer an exchange in the following circumstances:
  • Incorrect item has been sent i.e. wrong team, wrong player etc.
  • Item arrives damaged and/or not fit for purpose.
  • Wrong size ordered.
Once you email requesting for an exchange we shall provide postal address for current item to be returned to. The goods must be returned new, unworn/unused, unwashed and in their original condition, including label(s) and original packaging, and with the invoice. The costs of return postage and responsibility of the parcel arriving shall be borne by the customer. We recommend sending with Royal Mail signed for and/or tracked service.
Once the item has been received and inspected, we will process and ship out your exchange via our normal courier. Please note we can only provide tracking information for this by request.
